We are proud to present “The Jungle Niwas” a
luxurious tented Accommodation in Ranthambore. The Jungle
Niwas” provides an ambience of peace and close to
Nature. The tents have been innovatively crafted using the
traditional skills and crafts of Rajasthan. Each Tent has
its personal breathtaking view of the Aravali range. The
camp is located in a large private site overlooking the
flanked by open fields and hills. It’s unique
location and personalized services will provide guests an
unforgettable and everlasting moments in life
Ranthambore National
Park covers an area of 400-sq-km engulfing within
beautiful scenarios of lakes and rivers and on top of
these a well-preserved Ranthambore Fort built in the 10th
century. The lower lying ground alternates between open
bush-lands and dense forests and is accustomed with ruined
pavilions, chhatris and 'hides' the hunting preserve of
the Maharajas
Jungle Niwas has the following services to offer:

quality linen, furniture, carpet & western toilets
with running hot & cold water.
Zaafran : A Multi cuisine
Open Restaurant with Indian specialty
Recreation : Campfire is
focal point for the evening’s entertainment with the
rhythms of Rajasthan folklore and traditional dances
Activities : Jeep / Canter
Safari, Elephant Ride , Horse Safari, and Camel Cart with
canopy are available for excursions.

The above rates include:
¬ Traditional welcome with Aarti / Tikka.
¬ Non alchoholic welcome drink on arrival.
¬ Three major meals - Buffet Breakfast/ Lunch & Dinner.
¬ Service of detoxifying drink (hot water with ginger, lemon and honey
on request.
¬ One complimentary Canter safari trip for two during minimum stay for 2 nights.
¬ Daily fresh fruits.
¬ Daily Newspaper.
¬ Native village visit.
¬ Two way Transfer from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station or the Helipad.
¬ Government Taxes will be extra.
¬ Special Rate will not be valid from 22nd Dec to 03rd Jan.2008.
¬ Booking will be confirmed minimum 02 Night 03 Days.
Terms & Conditions:
¬ For Jeeps additional supplement of INR 1000 per person per safari will be applicable (Subject to availability).
¬ For Canter's additional supplement of INR 650 per person per safari will be applicable (Subject to availability).
¬ Also we require passport details with all names at least 60 days in advance to book safaris.
¬ Please note that any changes in entrance fees or Govt. taxes will be extra and will have to be paid by Guest or Travel Agent.
¬ Any changes in policies by Ranthambhore park authority will be intimated to you and will be applicable for all future booking.
¬ Information & updates on status of Group / FIT should be confirmed 45 days prior to the operational date.
¬ Incase of tourists shortens the duration of his proposed stay the advance paid / Voucher for the unoccupied period will not be adjusted. No refund will be admissible.
¬ Request for group rates will be entertained for minimum reservation of 10 Paying pax and above.
¬ Every 15 paying pax 1 single tent complimentary for tour leader on the group plan.
¬ Christmas & New Year supplement will be charged extra for reservations between 23rd December 2007 to 3rd January 2008.
¬ In case of any cancellation between 23rd Dec to 05th Jan 2008, entire amount will be forfeited.

Child Policy:
¬ Upto 7 Years if sharing with parents complimentary.
¬ 07-12 Years 50% of per person / per adult rate.
¬ 12 Years & above full adult per person rate.
Reservations and billing guidelines:
¬ Check in and check out time is 12:00 noon.
¬ For FIT reservation 100% advance to be sent 30 days before the arrival of guests.
¬ For GIT booking 50% of the total amount is to be deposited 45 days prior to arrival date and balance 50% amount to be sent along with final rooming list 30 days in advance. In case of non recipt of Rooming list Resort / Jungle Niwas have right to cancel the reservation with out any information.
¬ All reservations will be held till 13:00 hrs after which they will be released, unless intimation of late arrival has been received.
¬ All demand drafts/cheques should be drawn in favor of M/s Jungle Niwas. Account Number 160010200010089 UTI Bank payable at Delhi.
